What to do with old tutorials

Hey everyone! I've been mulling over what to do with the old crappy tutorials on my website. These tutorials are really REALLY old, and they no longer represent my current understanding of art fundamentals. Mainly, I'm concerned a potential employer would find them (I'm a professional artist).

I'm tempted to just delete them, but that would not be very helpful to the community. Maybe some people still find use in them?

Redoing "detailing tiny dolls" would be fairly manageable, since it's pretty short. I can find the time for that.

I have no idea what to do with my base-making tutorial, though! It's very long to begin with, so redoing the art would be a pretty big project by itself. But really, if I wanted to update the tutorial with stuff like proper lighting fundamentals, it would cease to be a tutorial and turn into a full-blown course! It overwhelms me just to think about it. 

What to do, LOL? Ack, I only have so much time!
