07.21 *THEME* Challenge: Goth! (and/or alternative cx)

The story of Lucifer arose as an explanation for the movements, as seen from Earth, of the literal celestial body Venus. The name Venus, of course, comes from a goddess with strong ties to femininity. Is this significant to the costuming choice of presenting Lucifer, not just in drag, but in a masculine outfit with a more feminine cut and accessories? Why have they placed Lucifer in and environment so dark, cold, empty, and tinged in blue when the character is usually associated with flames and the color red? Do Lucifer's movements become less commanding after the scar reveal? Why? The constantly rotating camera emphasizes that the space is enclosed, and also keeps Lucifer as the center of attention throughout the video, and yet Lucifer chooses to leave, not just the frame, but apparently the room entirely.
